These terms apply to intro offers purchased through Domain (set in Admin) from F45 Training Northgate, operated by NW Functional Fitness LLC.

Intro offer eligibility

• Available to first-time F45 customers only.
• Intended for people who live or work near the studio. Not intended for out-of-town visitors or traveling F45 members.
• Limit one purchase per person. The offer is for the purchaser only and is non-transferable.
• Redeemable only at F45 Training Northgate.
• Limited-time offer; terms may change for future purchases.

Timing

• You must take your first class within 30 days of purchase.
• All classes must be used within 10 days of your first class. Unused classes expire.

Price and tax

The listed price is before applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.

Refunds and cancellation

Intro offers are non-refundable except where cancellation or refund rights are required by applicable law. Written cancellation notices may be sent to 301 NE 103rd St, Ste 2A, Seattle, WA 98125.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase this offer without parental or guardian approval. Individuals under 18 may participate only with the consent and approval of a parent or legal guardian and are subject to F45 Training Northgate's standard waiver and participation requirements.

Waiver and health

A liability waiver is completed in person at your first studio visit. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.

SMS Program and Message Types

By opting in to SMS communications from F45 Training Northgate, operated by NW Functional Fitness LLC, you may receive marketing and/or service and informational text messages depending on the consent options you selected.

Marketing messages may include membership pricing, promotions, special offers, limited-time offers, and studio updates.

Service and informational messages may include communications about inquiries, classes or bookings, class packs, memberships, account information, and studio support.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance.

Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside the control of F45 Training Northgate and NW Functional Fitness LLC.

Ineligible purchases

If a purchase does not meet these terms (for example, an existing or prior F45 member or a duplicate purchase), we may cancel it and issue a refund.
